Bitbucket Data Center

Bitbucket Data Center uses Access Tokens for authentication. Connect your self-hosted Bitbucket instance to Driver.

1

Create a new instance

Go to Settings > Integrations in the Driver web app. Select Bitbucket Data Center. Enter a name for your instance and your Bitbucket Data Center URL.

2

Generate an Access Token

In Bitbucket Data Center, generate one of the following token types:

  • Workspace Access Token: access to all repositories
  • Project Access Token: access to repositories within a specific project
  • Repository Access Token: access to a single repository

Choose the scope that matches your needs.

3

Add the token

Paste the Access Token into Driver.

4

Set up webhooks

Enable automatic webhook setup using the toggle in Driver. Bitbucket Data Center is one of two providers (along with GitHub) that supports automatic webhook configuration.

5

Select repositories

Choose the repositories you want Driver to generate context for.

Bitbucket Data Center supports automatic webhook setup. Enable the toggle during setup instead of configuring webhooks manually.
